## Password<\/span><\/p>\n

A strong password must contain at least 12 characters, with at least 1 uppercase, 1 number, 1 special character ($% & -. \/), And 1 lowercase.<\/span><\/p>\n

The password must not be the same\/similar to other passwords and must not contain elements that can be related to you, such as your name or your date of birth, a good way to create a strong password is to write random words and replace certain characters with another, for example: “tester work” can become “T3stER_w0Rk”.<\/span><\/p>\n

A secure way to store all your passwords and generate new ones is to use a password manager such as BitWarden, 1Password, or Dashlane.<\/span><\/p>\n

## Two-factor authenticator<\/span><\/p>\n

The “Two-Factor Authenticator” (2FA) feature consists of having two levels of authentication to access your account, first, you have to enter the password and then a one-time code, we’ll talk about that later.<\/span><\/p>\n

The work of the tester, unfortunately, does not support 2FA for now but you can (and must) activate it on your email; usually to activate 2FA you have to go to the settings under “Two-Factor Authenticator” and have an application (Authy or Google Authenticator) to store temporary codes (1-time codes).<\/span><\/p>\n

## Sensitive data during the test<\/span><\/p>\n

When you send a screencast on a test you must remember to censor your sensitive data, being careful not to censor excessively to avoid invalidating the video for this reason it is advisable to record the screen entirely and uncensored and then once the work is finished, use special software to obscure the desired parts, so not during recording !!!!<\/span><\/p>\n

To edit a video you can use:<\/span><\/p>\n

– for smartphones: InShot or KineMaster;<\/span><\/p>\n

– for computer: DaVinci Resolve or Filmora.<\/span><\/p>\n

## Applications<\/span><\/p>\n

It is good to be careful with the websites you browse and the applications you install, viruses lurk everywhere and their purpose is to take all sensitive data of the victim, including passwords.<\/span><\/p>\n

I recommend using a good antivirus on PCs and smartphones, therefore, such as Kaspersky, Malwarebytes, and Bitdefender.<\/span><\/p>\n
